My Story...
I'm Mary Kay Linton, CFRE. I bring extensive experience in nonprofit administration, finance, operations, fundraising, and program leadership — and I started MK-Impact to put that experience directly to work for small nonprofits in their launch and growth phases, helping them build strong operational foundations, deepen stakeholder engagement, and advance their missions with clarity and confidence.
I have an entrepreneurial, can-do spirit with an eye for opportunity, and a pragmatic approach to assessing challenges efficiently and creatively. I believe in celebrating big and small successes with joy and humor, and I'm at my best working closely with boards, partners, and stakeholders to build and carry out fundraising and strategic plans.
